Sports animator

Animators are a team of people who organize cultural activities for vacationers, organize outdoor outdoor games during the day, come up with entertaining contests, hold parties, shows and sell discos tickets to the most popular clubs in Sharm el-Sheikh.

Throughout the day, animators communicate with hotel guests, luring them to upcoming events and informing them about the program for the whole day.

During the day, the animators conduct various activities: aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, stretching, water polo, darts and other sports that are within the scope of the animators.

The animator is the same artist, and all his activities require constant dedication - daily, every minute. He must be psychologically prepared for this work.

Very often you have to improvise without having a pre-prepared plan of action. In general, improvisation is one of the conditions for the work of an animator in Egypt. But, most importantly, the animator should always be cheerful, energetic, active and simply gush with love of life and sincerity and always smile at the guests.

Possessing these qualities, the animator will be able to captivate any audience to the dance floor, even if the guests are exhausted from entertainment and only crave to crawl around the rooms to sleep. All this whirlwind continues for at least 8 hours a day, requiring full dedication from the animator.

Each animator during the day does 1-2 activities in the morning and 1-2 activities in the afternoon. Each activity lasts 30 minutes. The rest of the time, the animator communicates with guests, informing them about upcoming events, about the program for the whole day, and sells tickets to the disco.

10:00 - 13:00 work on the beach and by the pools

15:00 - 17:00 work on the beach and by the pools

17:00 - 18:30 break

19:00 -19:30 greeting guests at the restaurant

19:30 - 20:30 break (dinner)

20:30 - 21:30 Receptionist work

21:30 - 22:30 participation in the show program

22:30 - 23:00 gathering of guests for a trip to the disco

Each animator goes to clubs with guests 2-3 times a week

The new animator in his internship days is assigned to one of the animators.

🔆Morning program: - 9:45 meeting with chief animator
At the meeting, the chief animator distributes activities for each animator, he also notifies you about which show will take place in the evening at the hotel, and which nightclub the animators will go to today. Every day there are different shows and clubs in the program, but the whole program is repeated weekly.
Throughout the working day, animators inform hotel guests about the evening show and disco, as well as about the program that will take place throughout the day.

- 10:00 - 10:30 club dance and communication with guests
- 10:30 - 11:00 morning exercises - 11:00 - 11:30 darts or bocha and zumba
- 11:30 - 12:00 aqua aerobics (12:00 - 12:15 club dances)
- 12:00 - 12:30 volleyball - 12:30 - 13:00 cocktail games, club dance
- 13:00 - 15:00 break

🔆Lunch program
- 14:45 - 15:00 meeting with the chief animator
- 15:00 - 15:30 club dances and communication with guests
- 15:30 – 16:00 Water polo or beach volleyball
- 16:00 - 16:30 dance lessons and yoga - 16:30 - 17:00 club dance and communication with guests
- 17:00 - 19:00 break

🔆Evening program
- 19:00 - 19:30 greeting guests at the entrance to the restaurant
- 19:30 - 20:30 dinner
- 21:30 - 22:30 show program
- 22:30 - 23:00 gathering of guests to the club
- 00:00 - 2:45 animators with guests are in the club
Each of the animators goes to clubs 2-3 times a week!

🔆What do you do in clubs:?
In the club, animators and guests have their own table, each guest and animator is provided with one free cocktail.
Animators dance, have fun and collect their guests back to the hotel.

Accommodation in a hotel room with all amenities. Meals in the main restaurant of the hotel 3 times a day on an all-inclusive basis + any soft drinks at the bars. Laundry and housekeeping services at the hotel are free for animators. See hotels

Work uniform for free (2 T-shirts, 2 skirts, 2 dresses).

You are given 7 days of internship (not paid), if you do not have experience in the animation field, during the days of the internship you will be taught everything that an animator should know and be able to do. If you have experience in the animation field in Egypt, you start a paid job without an internship.

At the end of the contract for 6 months, the company compensates for the flight in both directions in the amount of $ 300.
The minimum contract period is 3 months. 
 

Wage$250-300 (for guys), $300-350 (for girls) + commission from the sale of tickets for disco tours (from $70 to $200 per month) + additional commissions (from $50-300)

Your expenses:
- flight to Sharm el-Sheikh
- purchase of a visa on arrival in Sharm el-Sheikh 25$.

The contract is signed upon arrival and check-in at the hotel, beforehand we send it to you for review.

Requirements:
- age 18-29 years;
- pleasant, well-groomed appearance;
- decent, educated;
- communicative, polite;
- responsible, punctual;
- ability to listen and work in a team;
- the desire to work, not to rest!
